I grew up on a farm in Marlette, Michigan. My father was called into the ministry when I was thirteen. My high school years were spent in New York and Indiana. I grew up loving to play sports, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. I graduated from Asbury College earning my degree in education and lived overseas in the Republic of the Philippines as a missionary with OMS International. Since then I have received a Master's degree in counseling from Indiana University and seminary training from Trinity Evangelical Divinity school. I worked with the counseling and singles ministry of Community Church of Greenwood before my involvement in this exciting church plant. I have been blessed to be married to Tammy and love to spend time with my children Emily, Mitchell, and Nicholas. One thing I love to see is for people to discover who God is and to fully realize His plan for their lives. It is an awesome discovery when a person learns to "love God and enjoy Him forever!" |
